Refund Policy

At American Tire we take pride in providing quality products and services. To keep things fair for everyone, please review our policy:

  1. Products & Services
    All products (tires, parts, etc.) and services are inspected and confirmed before leaving our shop. We are not responsible for damage, punctures, or issues caused after the product leaves our premises.

  2. Defective or Misrepresented Items
    If a product or service is defective, damaged, or not as described at the time of purchase/service, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

  3. Refund Requests
    Refunds are considered only for issues that are our responsibility. Accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear after the sale/service are not eligible for a refund.

  4. Behavior Clause
    We reserve the right to deny refunds or service to customers who are abusive, harassing, or act in bad faith toward our staff.

  5. Limitation of Liability
    We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
